We specialize in a format known as photojournalism (also known as documentary photography) which is about documenting the story of your special event. It is very different from traditional event photography. A traditional photographer spends most of the time taking formal portraits, along with a small number of candid photos. A photojournalist will take a relatively small number of formal photographs, but will spend most of the time during the event watching with camera ready for those special moments you will want to remember. Your photographs will not be staged or posed, but rather the photographer will creatively record them and will not interfere in the moment. Because of this, your pictures will show true reactions and real emotions which cannot be captured in formal portraits.
